Thank you, God, for giving us so much of Trump.
I’m having a bit of melt-down in the past day or so…what feels like an honest-to-goodness panic attack turned psychotic break…around the mere topic, the existence of, the inescapable, unavoidable presence of Donald J. Trump in my life. And it has not been pretty.
But this response to the prompt ” A bounty we can’t forgive” sounds like i should be relishing the concept of bounty, rather than attempting to toss a ironic life-saver floatie to my drowning consciousness…BUT….oh well…let’s do this thing:
Thank you God Above for all the Trump you are sending our way, but I am afraid I must turn down your ever so generous gift. Why, you thunder , in your very God-like basso profundo ….WHY TURN DOWN THE BOUNTY OF TRUMP…..????MY FAVORITE SON OF MALAISE and MENTAL DEFICIENCY>>>MY FAVORITE SON OF DISRUPTION AND EGO PERSONIFIED…..MY TRUMPIE BOY…MY DECAYING AVATAR OF WHAT ONCE COULD HAVE BEEN A GOLDEN BOY TURNED INTO A GOLDEN MAN….MY FAILED EXPERIMENT IN HUMANITY….WHY TURN AWAY The BOUNTY OF

IF YOU ACCEPT HIM, you continue to rant, dear God of the Universe, IF YOU ACCEPT HIM< THEN YOU WILL PROV THAT I CAN MAKE YOU ACCEPT ANYTHING I THROW YOUR WAY, THUS MAKING ME THE ALL-POWERFUL DEITY I AM SUPPOSED TO BE…IF I CAN MAKE YOU TAKE TRUMP, THEN I CAN MAKE YOU TAKE ANYTHING!!!!!
Well, God, nada..no way…we are definitely turning You down on this one.. the shops are closed to the business of Trump….going on holiday from all things trump and nauseating….the presence of him not to mention the smell of him, lingers here long after he clearly has been shown the door, but hopefully , in time, IF WE CAN DROWN HIM SUCCESSFULLY in enough votes to turn him blue, we will will eventually erase all signs that such a horror you sent us ever was here at all.
