Well, I suppose it would be possible to shut and lock the door against miracles.
But why?
Being able to do that seems like it would take a miracle to even begin to accomplish……so ….well…try…go ahead and do try to turn your back on them…..good ( miraculous) luck with that!
If you could shut out miracles (I cannot help but giggle at the very notion), then a way might be opened up to a starker more rigorous type of logic, a smoother road to scientific victory of mind over heart….but….you see there is
this unavoidable “but”….miracles win the day no matter what because WE ARE MADE OF MIRACLES!
We are nothing if not miraculous.
So, no, Disney is not dead and yes, one day your prince WILL come!
How do I know this? Dunno. I just do. It’s a miracle.
I once asked my mother how God could have made our entire world
in just 7 days. I deemed it impossible, even though it was right there in the Old Testament! My wise mom countered with “yes, the Bible does say so, but it doesn’t say HOW he did it!”
Miracles. Have been and always will be……magic? Maybe.
But miraculous?
For sure.
