Before we got started on the real work, the guys went down the stairs and outside to have a coffee and a smoke.
I was upstairs talking to Seal when she suddenly came over to me and kissed me on the lips passionately.
Wow, I didn’t see that coming.
She said, “I’ve been wanting to do that for a while Aaron. Did you know that I wanted to do that?”
“No”, I replied’
“Did you like it?”
“Well , yes, yes I did.”
“What happened to that girl, Ginny, who you were seeing”.
“She moved to California.”
“Oh, do you plan to see her?”
“Probably not, ”
“Would you like to see me?”
“Maybe.”
“That’s not a good answer, ‘maybe'”
“Well this is a surprise to me , I need to think about it.”
“Okay, you think about it, but don’t take too much time, if you want to see me, come over tomorrow.
Could you do that?”
“Yes, I’ll come over tomorrow.”
I bounded down the stairs and the guys were hanging by the truck. I could tell they knew something was up, but they didn’t say anything.
